ABOUT ME
Young, passionate and rocking! Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, I discovered pretty early on that the entertainment industry was my playground. My passion for everything Radio, Television, Movies and Music led me to the Broadcasting Program at City College in Ft. Lauderdale, where I graduated with an Associate degree. When I'm not catching up on the latest news, you can find me immersed in a good book or scouring racks in stores searching for great movies to add to my collection.
WHAT I'VE DONE
Essentially I do everything. In college my professor told me "Broadcasters must know a little about a lot" So that I do. For radio; I do on-air, as well as production. For television or film I do production, directing, editing, and crew. I write, everything. I am fluent in social media, PR, and event planning.
WHAT I DO

As the entertainment correspondant for Rockdabox.net, I was able to custom build my segment to fit listeners needs. The host Sir Rockwell, had to continuously add time to my segment, due to listener demand. I created my segement using credible sources only. (Of course!) While maintaining an an active Twitter account, @Chelliej_stl. To interface with listeners as well as keep them updated on current events that happen when I'm not on air.
I have edited commercials and films. I also produce and direct. I have worked crew on multiple news stories as an intern at WKMG CBS Orlando. I also worked on the crew of the 2013 Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra Christmas concert, and Orlando Solar Bears hockey broadcasts. I have been a production assistant on a documentary Medicine Man: The Stan Brock Story. I also was the audience PA on the St. Louis episode of Season 2 of PBS Genealogy Roadshow.
